Spelling: Students are given their 10 spelling words and 5 individualized high frequency words on Monday. They will take their list home and during the week at school they will do some word work with their spelling words. On Friday they will do their spelling test and write each word in a sentence. They will also be given a pre-test on next weeks words. If they get them right or one wrong they get list A for the following week. If they get two or more wrong they get list B.
Target Time: Students will work on individual targets in Literacy based on their performance in the Words Their Way Assessment. (example: some may work on oi, while others ies etc.)
